With over 20 years of experience delivering marketing, technology and design solutions to municipalities, non-profit and for-profit organizations, Anya has the intuition and ability to transform critical communications aspects into creative, yet practical and effective strategies and tools for marketing.
After beginning her career in communications at the City of Toronto, followed by a series of leading design firms in the GTA, Anya was tempted to begin making a lasting impression – thus Yfactor was born. Currently, Anya takes a multi-faceted role providing guidance, inspiration and direction to her dedicated employees.
Her education background comprises of an honours graduate degree from the Ontario College of Art & Design in Corporate Communications and a post-graduate diploma from Sheridan College in Computer Graphics. Along with being an active member of IEDC, EDAC and EDCO, Anya also holds titles of Certified Association Executive (CAE) and a Registered Graphic Designer (RGD).

Oliver Pacheco, Director of Operations
Oliver is someone who brings an immense amount of expertise in operations and project management from his 15 years of experience in managing design and technology projects. He has managed both long and short-term economic development and tourism projects for various municipalities including the County of Elgin, City of Hamilton, and many others.
Oliver acts as a central connector to ensure successful project processes and timely execution to meet deadlines. Thus, for the majority of Yfactor’s projects, Oliver is the perfect candidate for project manager.

Brian Bajohr, Chief Technology Officer
Since 1998, Brian has been a leader in the firm and knows the definition of strategic and technological solutions for website projects. But more importantly, his in-depth understanding of the Internet and its issues allow Brian to identify and lead complex, yet practical and effective technical development undertakings. Some of the significant clients he has been directly involved with include County of Elgin, Deaf Culture Centre, Industry Canada, and Magna International.
Brian’s educational background of a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto, Web Development Program at Computeach College of Business and Information Technology, and a certification in Web Accessible Design and Usability certification from the Canadian National Institute for the Blind makes him a dynamic member of the Yfactor team.
