A focus on continuous improvement and innovation in product development has led to significant ongoing investment in research and development at Yfactor. The majority of the research and development projects are focused on Web-based tools that empower users.

Content management systems are at the heart of that category with additional functional modules such as member management tools, event management tools, e-store management, survey and form creation tools, job-posting tools and other modules rounding out the software suites that have been developed, tested and implemented in real-life client environments.

We built our first CMS in 1998 and our first web-based CMS was launched in 2000. Extensive ongoing R&D has resulted in two powerful, web-based suites designed to make website management a snap. Additional modules and interactive tools have been made available including membership management, event registration, donation management, e-stores, private portals and more.
