Anya has led the growth and strategic direction of Yfactor since 1996. Anya has over 15 years of experience delivering technology and design solutions and takes the role of lead consultant and strategist in selected projects. Anya is involved in a number of boards, is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and teaches Interactive Marketing at Sheridan College.

Brian Bajohr, CTO
With an in-depth understanding of Internet technology combined with a thorough understanding of organizational structure and the end-user, Brian leads the development team to deliver complex, yet practical and effective solutions. Brian regularly takes the role of solutions architect for all critical and innovative projects.

Oliver Pacheco, COO
Oliver brings extensive expertise in the field of operations and project management. With over 10 years of experience in delivering and managing technology related projects he has developed a honed skill set that enables effective management of the complex Internet based projects. Oliver takes the role of project manager for the majority of Yfactor projects.
